This monograph recognizes the commitment and contributions of time, thought
and energy of those present at the Forum, but most importantly it recognizes
the families and child care providers across the country who each day work to
meet the needs of the children in their care.

presenters, facilitators, resource area contributors, and participants, as well

Additionally, we would like to thank the State, Territorial and Tribal Child
