Acknowledgments

This monograph recognizes the commitment and contributions of time, thought and energy of those present at the Forum, but most importantly it recognizes the families and child care providers across the country who each day work to meet the needs of the children in their care.

We would like to acknowledge the Forum sponsors, Planning Committee, presenters, facilitators, resource area contributors, and participants, as well as others who have contributed to this monograph.

Additionally, we would like to thank the State, Territorial and Tribal Child Care Administrators for their ongoing efforts on behalf of all children; especially for clearing the way, allocating the resources, building an infrastructure and establishing the collaborations necessary to make the passagesto inclusion a reality.
