The Child Care Bureau, through NCCIC and other technical assistance providers, has been providing technical assistance to States and Regions on the Good Start, Grow Smart (GSGS) initiative since the fall of 2002. The materials in this section are representative of the tools, presentations, and resources developed and used with States and Regions on the major components of GSGS: early learning guidelines, professional development, and program coordination and financing.
