The National Child Care Information Center is a national clearinghouse that provides early care and education information and technical assistance. The NCCIC Web site includes thousands of early care and education resources at http://nccic.acf.hhs.gov. NCCIC only focuses on national issues, and does not have expertise about international child care issues. The following is a list of international organizations that have expertise about early childhood development and the healthy development of children, youth, and families in developing countries and worldwide.
