In addition, the three partner organizations that make up the Child Care Partnership Project provide information and resources through their World Wide Web sites:

Partnership Project Logo The Finance Project is a national initiative to improve the effectiveness, efficiency, and equity of public- and private-sector financing for education, other children's services, and community building and development. It undertakes an ambitious array of policy research and development activities, policy maker forums and public education activities, as well as support and technical assistance activities.

Partnership Project Logo The Families and Work Institute is a research, strategic planning, and consulting organization that conducts policy and worksite research on the changing workforce and changing family/personal lives. It (1) identifies the emerging issues for all workers—considering the entire life cycle, from prenatal and child care to elder care, and all levels of employees, from managers to assembly-line workers; (2) benchmarks work-life solutions to problems across all sectors of society—business, education, community, and government; (3) evaluate the impact of solutions on employees, their families and employers' productivity.

Partnership Project Logo The National Governors Association has a Center for Best Practices that focuses gubernatorial attention on the needs of young children and the actions both the public and private sector can take to help families meet those needs. Their current initiative focuses on the importance of early childhood development.
